Purification of multiple products from one raw material is part of bio-refmery idea which makes full use of the material resource to reduce the cost of production.This can be achieved by parallel or sequential application of various chromatographic units.However, lengthy and laborious procedures are inevitable in this process involving collection of elution fractions, differentiation of the fractious, and manual change of the chromatographic columns.
