全球性金融危机的爆发和众多上市公司发生的一些丑闻充分凸显了公司治理风险这一问题,实时、准确地对公司治理风险进行预警和监控成为理论界和实业界所关心的重要问题。本文简要总结了国内外研究成果及现状,对公司治理风险的成因进行了分析,研究了公司治理风险的苗头表现及特征,提出了应对公司治理风险的防范对策。
The outbreak of the global financial crisis and some scandals in many listed companies have fully highlighted the issue of corporate governance risk. It is an important issue that theorists and practitioners are concerned about in real time and accurately to early-warning and monitor corporate governance risk. This article briefly summarizes the research results and current situation at home and abroad, analyzes the causes of corporate governance risk, studies the performance and characteristics of corporate governance risk, and puts forward countermeasures to prevent corporate governance risks.
