　　Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of glossal soundsafter partial glossectomy with reconstruction using radial forearm free flap(RFFF).Methods: The methods of evaluation consisted of scores for intelligibility of 399Chinese syllables and 3 groups of glossal sounds.The glossal sounds,based on palato-lingual contact(lingogram),were useful to evaluate function of the respective parts of the tongue.
