Most rural women in Senegal depend on agriculture for household food security and for income generation in order to sustain their family livelihood.Fermented products are widely used for nutrition and household income generation.Usually these products processed in rural setup are based on variable sensory quality,hygiene and unattractive presentation to consumers due to high level of impurities.
