目的 探讨室管膜下巨细胞星形细胞瘤(subependymal giant cell astrocytoma,SEGCA)的临床影像表现及手术治疗方法.方法 回顾分析1996年～2005年7例SEGCA的临床资料,并结合文献加以分析.结果 7例患者平均年龄13.57岁,仅1例为18岁以上成年人.以癫痫(5/7)和颅内压升高(5/7)为主要症状,MRI表现为侧脑室壁明显强化的占位性肿块.全部病例采用显
