咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床护理

目的 为了能够有效的提高对咳嗽变异性哮喘临床护理措施，促进疾病的康复，对我院72例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者进行护理，患者依从性、满意度均得到提高 方法 两组患者均行抗感染治疗，在镇咳失败后给予糖皮质激素气雾剂吸入治疗、茶碱缓释片或强力安喘口服治疗.在此基础上对照组展开常规护理，观察组给予精心护理干预，主要措施包括基础护理、心理护理、用药护理、氧疗护理、饮食指导、健康教育等 结果 2.1 两组患者临床症状

特发性间质性肺炎患者外周血及支气管肺泡灌洗液中NKT细胞的检测及意义

目的 研究CD3+CD56+NKT细胞在特发性间质性肺炎(IIP)患者外周血及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中的比例改变,并探讨其临床意义。 方法 以26 例特发性间质性肺炎患者(NSIP、IPF)为研究组,22 名健康成年人作为健康对照组,采用二色直接荧光素标记法和多参数流式细胞仪检测外周血及BALF中CD3+CD56+NKT细胞的比例,同时检测外周血IL-8、INF-γ、IP-10水平。
