：
目的：研究和探讨针刀微创消融疗法对下肢静脉曲张的治疗效果.方法：笔者采用平刃针刀,多功能针刀治疗1-2期下肢静脉曲张,及曲张血管硬化、病变血管纤维化、筋膜卡压、脂质硬化斑;针刀做曲张静脉干血管的多靶点闭合加聚桂醇做属支的闭合,随机总结了200例,观察近期和远期的疗效以及术后并发症的发生率.结果：195例均一次性成功闭合,5例有少许残余曲张血管,10-20天加强处理后完全闭合.术中无一例出现肺栓塞、

目的：研究和探讨针刀微创消融疗法对下肢静脉曲张的治疗效果.
方法：笔者采用平刃针刀,多功能针刀治疗1-2期下肢静脉曲张,及曲张血管硬化、病变血管纤维化、筋膜卡压、脂质硬化斑;针刀做曲张静脉干血管的多靶点闭合加聚桂醇做属支的闭合,随机总结了200例,观察近期和远期的疗效以及术后并发症的发生率.
结果：195例均一次性成功闭合,5例有少许残余曲张血管,10-20天加强处理后完全闭合.术中无一例出现肺栓塞、深静脉血栓、卒中、过敏性休克等严重并发症;其中有一例患者出现轻度咽喉部异物感,经喝水和下手术台活动后10分钟左右症状全部消失.所有病例都随访至今无一例静脉曲张复发,术前的脂质硬化癍块及色素沉着均逐渐消褪。
结论：针刀微创消融疗法治疗下肢静脉曲张疗效确切、安全、微创、无痛苦、基本无并发症、操作简单、可复制性强,真正达到了美容、美体的效果.为国家节约了大量的医疗资源;为患者减轻了心里负担最大限度的降低了身体成本、资金成本,具有良好的社会效应和经济效益,笔者觉得值得推广.
