  The mass transfer behavior of phosphorus in the solid 2CaO·SiO2 phase/liquid phase coexisting multiphase dephosphorization slag at 1623K(1350oC)was simulated through the Single Hot Thermocouple Technique(SHTT).It was found that the transfer rate of phosphorus in the liquid slag was quickly after adding the P2O5 powder,with the extension of time,the dissolved phosphorus in the liquid slag was gradually fixed into the directly precipitated solid 2CaO·SiO2 particle in the form of the(2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5)solid solution,after 900s,the enrichment of phosphorus was accomplished.Besides,it was indicated that the key of accelerating the dephosphorization is to improve transfer rate of phosphorus in the solid 2CaO·SiO2 phase.Those results obtained could provide some fundamental guidance for effective dephosphorization process by using the multiphase slag for hot-metal treatment.
