With the development of optical design and optical manufacture technology,the reflective optical system style have been development from axial sym-metry to off-axis or eccentric.The assemble of off-axis optical system is essential to achieve the diffraction-limited system image quality.The optical align-ment of three-mirror off-axis optical system includes the coarse alignment process and precision alignment process.
