Successful application ofgene therapy for treatment of diseases is reliant on the development of a safe and efficient vector for gene delivery.This talk will highlight recent progress toward the use of cationic lipids and polymers,and hydrodynamics-based procedure for gene delivery.The emphasis will be placed on principles,in vitro and in vivo gene delivery efficiency of these systems,and future development.
