本文主要介绍“管灌”工程的规划设计原则,以及灌溉设计流量、管网布置,管道水力学、管道结构的计算方法。笔者通过试验和两个“管灌”试验区规划设计实践,认为天津地区的井灌区,当其单井出水量为30~100m~3/h时,需要选用管径分别为φ110mm、φ130mm和φ160mm的硬塑料管材系列,管壁厚相应选用1.8mm、2.0mm和2.5mm,塑料管道的额定工作压力为0.2MPa,管道的最大变形率仅为2%。管网布置有“一”字型、“L”“T”型、“梳齿”型,以及“鱼骨”型等四种形式,地面配水毛沟或移动管道的适宜长度为50~100m,单位面积管道需要量为每亩3~7m。
This article mainly introduces the planning and design principles of “pipe irrigation” project, as well as the calculation methods of irrigation design flow, pipe network layout, pipe hydraulics and pipe structure.
