在一些学校,尤其是像我们这样位于城乡结合部的普通中学,学生对教师的“不敬”时有发生。包括当面顶撞老师、背后谩骂老师,严重者甚至与老师动手。班主任作为学生最直接的管理者,更容易引起学生的“不敬”。这种事情如果处理不好,小则对学生、家长、班主任本人造成不良的后果,大则影响学校的声誉以及社会的安定。因此,班主任在处理学生的“不敬”行为时,应慎之又慎。 在班主任的工作实践中,我体会到,要处理好学生的“不敬”,应注意以下几个问题: 1.在事件发生时,宜冷不宜热。当学生的“不敬”行为发生时,班主任必须顾及到自己的激动情绪带来的后果,要以理智战胜感情,冷静处
In some schools, especially in ordinary secondary schools like ours, which are located in urban-rural areas, students’ “disrespect” to teachers occurs from time to time. Including face to face the teacher, behind the teacher, serious and even hands-on with the teacher. Class teacher as the most direct manager of students, more likely to cause students’ “disrespect”. If such matters are not dealt with properly, small students will have unfavorable consequences for the students, parents, and head teachers, and most of them will affect the reputation of the school and the stability of the society. Therefore, the head teacher should be cautious when dealing with students’ “disrespect” behavior. In the class teacher’s work practice, I realized that to handle students’ “disrespect”, we should pay attention to the following issues: 1. When the incident occurs, it should be cold and not hot. When the student’s “disrespectful” behavior occurs, the head teacher must take into account the consequences of his own emotional emotions, and he must overcome his feelings with reason and calm down.
