本文闸述了扬州工业职业技术学院以双氧水产品工业生产流程为基础,以高职化工技能型人才培养要求为目标,结合学院现有实训室条件,投资100万元自行开发建设的一套工程化、厂景式、全循环DCS自控应用化工技术综合实训装置的工艺原理,工艺流程及设备特点等。同时对这一封闭循环、低成本、冷热模运行兼可的多功能实训装置建设的必要性、意义及校企合作,产学研结合,师生全程参与的建设模式作了介绍,值得借鉴。
