本工作应用RIA观察了在视上核(SON)内注射10μg L-谷氨酸(L-Glu)和电针(EA)对脑部核团精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量的变化。结果表明:(1)注射和电针后在SON内AVP含量无明显变化。注射后,在室旁核(PVN)内AVP含量先明显升高(p<0.05),而后明显降低(P<0.05)。而注射和电针后室旁核内AVP先含量明显降低(P<0.05~0.01),而后升高(P<0.01)。(2)SON内注射L-Glu后,中缝大核(NRM)和蓝斑(LC)内AVP含量先明显升高(p<0.05)。以上结果提示。刺激的SON引起镇痛和加强EA镇痛效应与SON内AVP无明显关系,但PVN内AVP可能参与痛的调制过程。
In this study, we observed the changes of arginine vasopressin (AVP) in brain nuclei by RIA in the presence of 10μg L-Glu and EA. The results showed that: (1) There was no significant change of AVP content in SON after injection and electroacupuncture. After injection, the content of AVP in paraventricular nucleus (PVN) was significantly increased (p <0.05) and then decreased significantly (P <0.05). The contents of AVP in the paraventricular nucleus of the injected and electroacupuncture groups decreased significantly (P <0.05 ~ 0.01) and then increased (P <0.01). (2) AVP content in NRM and LC increased significantly (p <0.05) after intra-SON injection of L-Glu. The above results suggest. Stimulated SON induced analgesia and enhanced EA analgesic effect and intra SON SON AVP no significant relationship, but PVN AVP may be involved in the modulation process of pain.
