求职如同买房,同样可以进行按揭。在机会来临的时候,不要因为自己没有足够的“资本”而等待、错过,因为“资本”是可以在社会实践中不断积累起来的,甚至比专门去学习来得更快更实用。一味去等待明天还不如牢牢地抓住今天。
Job hunting is like buying a house, the same can be mortgaged. When the opportunity comes, do not wait because you do not have enough “capital ” and miss it because “capital ” can accumulate in social practice and even faster and more pragmatic than studying exclusively. Blindly waiting for tomorrow is not as good as firmly grasp today.
