国家元首思想是许崇德老师自成体系的宪法学思想的重要组成部分。老师对国家元首的研究有专著、有论文、有修宪建议、有在宪法修改中被采用的相关内容,仔细翻阅老师关于国家元首的相关著述,会发现这些著述只是老师关于国家元首思想的冰山一角。老师娓娓道来的语言中蕴含着丰富的学术思想,阐述着他老人家研究本土宪法问题、塑造中国宪法理论的学术关怀。我体会,从以下三点入手似更好地理解老师的国家 The thought of the head of state is an important part of constitutionalism thought of Xu Chongde’s teacher.
