当渐开线斜齿轮作零节径的轴对称横向弯曲振动时得到的固有频率和振型对于超声振动系统是最理想的。首先通过APDL语言构建了斜齿轮的三维有限元模型,然后对斜齿轮进行了模态分析。通过VB和APDL实现了斜齿轮一阶频率的参数化提取,将有限元分析得到的谐振频率与实验得到的谐振频率比较,得到了基本一致的结果。
The natural frequencies and mode shapes obtained when the involute helical gear is used as axisymmetric transverse flexural vibration with zero pitch radius are the best for ultrasonic vibration system. Firstly, the 3D finite element model of helical gear was constructed by using APDL language, and then the modal analysis of helical gear was carried out. Through VB and APDL, the parametric extraction of first-order helical gear frequency was realized. The resonant frequency obtained from the finite element analysis was compared with the experimental resonant frequency, and the results were basically consistent.
