最近,曾拍摄过《水浒》系列电视剧的山东电视台,去上海拍摄反映周恩来、董必武、邓颖超早年革命生涯的六集电视剧《童年》。可近一个月来,该片摄制组因无力支付拍摄外景的巨额索款而步履维艰。 按剧情规定,该片需拍摄老一辈无产阶级革命家从外白渡桥登船渡洋的镜头。但要拍外白渡桥家的戏,有关部门竟索款一百二十万;要拍客船镜头,某航运公司居然开价舱外每镜头五百元,舱内每镜头一千元,而该片的总投资只有二十五万。为此,剧组只得修改剧本,删去以外白渡桥为背景的镜头,登船渡洋一场戏因无法删改,至今还在交涉中。 据了解,现在一些科教片、纪录片、革命历史题材的电视片,由于拍片无法获得利润,都得靠国家拨经费。因资金少,时间紧,摄制组的任务很重,特别是配合重大宣传任务的片子,又非拍不可。然而面对胃口越来越大的有关外景地所属部门的高额索款,摄制组实在是寸步难行。
