论述了在长山子煤矿首采与接替的2个大倾角煤层综放工作面扶架期间,多台串联带式输送机连续运输系统利用井底煤仓导致扶架过程的持续或中断问题;分析了设置缓冲煤仓对预防扶架中冒落矸石压死刮板输送机的必要性,阐明了多台串联带式输送机连续运输系统中的煤仓对扶架进程具有良好的持续化效用。
The problem of sustaining or interrupting the process of using the bunker at the bottom of a tandem belt conveyor during the first caving and replacement of the two fully mechanized caving face caving facets of coal seam in Changshanzi Mine is discussed. The necessity of setting up buffer coal bunker to prevent gangue scraping scraper from falling in the support was clarified, and the coal bunker in the continuous transportation system of multiple tandem belt conveyors was demonstrated to have a good continuous effect on the process of the derrick.
