中华人民共和国交通运输部令2016年第70号《交通运输部关于修改〈道路运输服务质量投诉管理规定〉的决定》已于2016年8月31日经第19次部务会议通过,现予公布。部长杨传堂2016年9月2日交通运输部决定对《道路运输服务质量投诉管理规定》(交公路发[1999]535号)作如下修改:一、将第十七条第(二)项修改为:“(二)《道路旅客运输及客运站管理规定》《道路货物运输及站场管理规定》《道路运输车辆技术管理规定》等道路运输管理规章”。
The Order of the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China Order No. 70 of 2016 of the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China on Modifying the Regulations on the Administration of Complaints on the Quality of Road Transport Services was adopted at the 19th ministerial meeting on August 31, 2016 and is hereby announced . Minister Yang Chuan Tang 2 September 2016 The Ministry of Transport decided to amend the “Provisions on the Administration of Road Transport Service Quality Complaints” (Jiaogongfa [1999] No. 535) as follows: 1. To amend Article 17 (2) to : (2) Regulations on the Administration of Road Passenger Transport and Passenger Stations, Regulations on the Administration of Road Cargo Transportation and Stations, Regulations on Technical Management of Road Transport Vehicles and other road transport regulations.
