目的:观察环吡酮胺阴道栓联合氟康唑治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌的疗效观察。方法:74例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌(VVC)感染患者随机分为两组各37例。对照组给予口服氟康唑联合阴道内放置盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片,观察组给予口服氟康唑联合环吡酮胺阴道栓治疗,观察对比两组近期(7 d)、远期(1、3个月)的临床疗效及用药安全性。结果:治疗7 d后,两组临床总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1个月后随访,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3个月后随访,观察组复发率为2.7%,明显低于对照组的22.2%(P<0.05)。两组均未发生严重药物不良反应。结论:口服氟康唑联合环吡酮胺阴道栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌疗效确切,可明显降低复发率,且用药安全,无严重不良反应。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of ciclopirox orally combined with fluconazole in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods: 74 cases of vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) infection were randomly divided into two groups of 37 cases. The control group was given oral fluconazole combined vaginal intravaginal terbinafine hydrochloride vaginal effervescent tablets, the observation group was given oral fluconazole combined with ciclopirox vaginal suppository treatment was observed and compared two groups in the near future (7 d), long-term 1, 3 months) of clinical efficacy and medication safety. Results: After 7 days of treatment, there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). After one month follow-up, there was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups (P> 0.05) After follow-up, the recurrence rate in the observation group was 2.7%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (22.2%, P <0.05). No serious adverse drug reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion: The oral fluconazole combined with ciclopirox vaginal suppository in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis is effective, can significantly reduce the recurrence rate, and drug safety, no serious adverse reactions.
