△五月十五日至六月一日,由美国肯塔基大学农学院农业经济学教授贝克博士和戴维斯博士率领的该院学生代表团一行十五人来华进行考察访问。在我校访问期间,代表团了解了教学、科研情况;参观了有关系的教研室、实验室和标本室;听取了关于我国农业生产和农村经济结构调整概况的介绍,并分五个专业组进行了对口交流。贝克和戴维斯博士分别向我校师生作了农业经济研究方法和市场预测方法的专题报告。两校农经教师及学生会负责人分别就教学工作和学生工作交流了经验。我校学生与代表团全体成员还在热烈友好的气氛中举行了篮球友谊比赛和文娱联欢晚会。在我校有关同志陪同下,代表团考
From May 15 to June 1, a delegation of 15 students led by Dr. Baker, professor of agricultural economics at the College of Agriculture, University of Kentucky and Dr. Davis, came to China for an inspection visit.
