为解决矿井安全监控系统误报警和漏报警问题,现场测试了平煤集团四矿井下典型区域电磁干扰的分布;针对辐射干扰的分布特点,采用仿真和试验测试相结合的方法优化了屏蔽外壳,增强了电磁屏蔽效能,解决了大巷矿井安全监控系统漏报警和误报警问题,从而在满足防爆要求前提下提高了矿井安全监控系统的电磁兼容性,为矿井安全监控系统可靠运行奠定了坚实的基础。
In order to solve the problems of false alarm and false alarm in mine safety monitoring system, the distribution of electromagnetic interference in the typical area of No.4 coal mine of Pingmei Group was tested in situ. According to the distribution of radiation interference, the shielding shell was optimized by the combination of simulation and test. Enhances the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and solves the problem of false alarm and false alarm of mine safety monitoring system in the main road so as to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the mine safety monitoring system under the premise of meeting the requirements of explosion proof and lays a solid foundation for the reliable operation of the mine safety monitoring system basis.
