李律师:我是高要一事业单位编制干部,今年在休产假期间,单位根据本单位制定的内部管理补充规定中的考勤制度:凡请假(休假)的,按10元/天的标准在当月岗位责任制奖金中扣除;请假(休假)连续一个月的,取消该月岗位责任制奖金。单位就是按此规定取消了我在休产假期间的岗位责任制奖金。请问单位这种做法是否符合有关规定?
