在提倡“科研兴园”、“以园促教”的二十一世纪,园本教研作为教师专业化成长过程中从教育理论到教育实践的桥梁,当前越来越受幼教界的关注。近几年,我们在园本教研实践中,坚持立足本园实际,把教师的专业成长和发展放在首位,积极探索新时期园本教研的方式,以研促教,大胆创新,努力寻求有绣幼特色的园本教研之路。
