目的研究复方磺胺甲恶唑滴眼液(SMZED)的体内外抗菌作用。方法采用试管2倍稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。用SMZED滴眼观察对兔眼实验性金葡菌及大肠杆菌角膜炎的治疗效果。结果本品对金葡菌、表葡菌、大肠杆菌等10种菌204株,均有抑制作用,但无明显杀菌作用。对兔眼金葡菌及大肠杆菌角膜炎均有显著疗效,与生理盐水对照组相比较P<0.01。结论SMZED是治疗敏感细菌所致外眼感染的有效药物
Objective To study the antibacterial effect of compound sulfamethoxazole eye drops (SMZED) in vitro and in vivo. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were determined by in vitro two-fold dilution. Observed with SMZED eye drops on rabbit experimental S. aureus and E. coli keratitis treatment. Results The product of Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli and other 10 strains of 204 strains, all have an inhibitory effect, but no significant bactericidal effect. Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli keratitis in rabbits have a significant effect, compared with the saline control group P <0.01. Conclusion SMZED is an effective drug for the treatment of external eye infections caused by sensitive bacteria
