漳南灌区位于河南省最北部,属北温带半湿润季风型气候。2001年9月22日通过专家鉴定:安阳市多年平均降雨量为573.53mm,多年平均蒸发量为631.15mm,多年平均水资总量为16.40亿m~3。与1982年的第一次评价成果相比,降雨量减少了3.9%,水资源总量减少了4.1%,客水资源减少了6.5%。安阳市水资源十分贫乏,且时空分布极不均匀,从而形成日趋严重的水资源供需矛盾。本文从不同方面阐述了解决水资源矛盾的措施和方法。
Zhangnan irrigation area is located in the most northern part of Henan Province, is a north temperate semi-humid monsoon climate. September 22, 2001 passed the expert appraisal: Anyang City, the average annual rainfall of 573.53mm, the average annual evaporation of 631.15mm, the average annual total amount of 1.64 billion m 3 water. Compared with the first assessment in 1982, rainfall dropped by 3.9%, total water resources decreased by 4.1%, and passenger water resources decreased by 6.5%. Anyang City, water resources are very poor, and extremely uneven distribution of time and space, thus creating a more serious water supply and demand conflicts. This article elaborates the measures and methods to solve the contradiction between water resources from different aspects.
