以安徽淮北阜阳渠井结合灌区为例,应用系统分析方法,建立了该区地面水与地下水优化调控模型,以最佳种植模式和最优工程运行策略,达到科学地加强该区的灌溉农业,合理地开发利用水资源,防止不当开采而造成的水资源浪费以及生态环境的恶化,优化调控地表水和地下水资源的目的
Taking the well irrigation and well mixing in Fuyang, Huaibei, Anhui Province as an example, the optimal control model of groundwater and groundwater in this area was established by means of systematic analysis. The optimal planting mode and optimal project operation strategy were adopted to achieve scientifically strengthening of irrigated agriculture, Rationally exploit and utilize water resources to prevent wastage of water resources and deterioration of the ecological environment caused by improper exploitation so as to optimize the control of surface and groundwater resources
