通过8根钢筋混凝土矩形截面梁试件的受弯性能试验,研究了碳纤维布和芳纶布加固对受弯钢筋混凝土梁的裂缝开展情况、破坏形态、承载力、挠度变化和应力状态的影响,分析了不同纤维材料和不同预裂程度的加固梁中纤维布的加固效果。试验结果表明:碳纤维布和芳纶布可明显提高加固试件的承载力,延缓裂缝的发展,提高整体刚度;同时碳纤维布的加固效果要优于芳纶布;预裂加固试件的承载力也有所提高,但其延性降低;由于纤维材料承担了一部分应力,加固试件的钢筋和混凝土应变有所减小。基于现有研究成果,提出了预裂条件下碳纤维布和芳纶布加固钢筋混凝土梁的受弯承载力计算公式,所得计算结果与试验值吻合较好。
Through the bending test of eight RC beams with rectangular cross-section, the influence of CFRP and aramid cloth on the crack initiation, failure mode, bearing capacity, deflection change and stress state of RC beams is studied. The reinforcement effects of different fiber materials and different degree of pre-cracking reinforced beams were analyzed. The test results show that the carbon fiber cloth and aramid cloth can obviously improve the bearing capacity of the strengthened specimens, retard the development of the cracks and improve the overall rigidity. At the same time, the reinforcing effect of the carbon fiber cloth is better than the aramid cloth. But also its ductility decreases. Because the fiber material takes a part of the stress, the strain of reinforced concrete and concrete of the strengthened specimens is reduced. Based on the existing research results, the formulas for calculating the flexural capacity of RC beams strengthened with carbon fiber cloth and aramid fabric under the pre-cracking condition are proposed. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental values.
