我国是一个最善于用语言来表达思想感情的国家。在社会生活中,口语交际历来就具有举足轻重的作用。在不同的场合,口齿清楚、简洁流畅的用标准的普通话准确、生动的表达自己的思想,不只是语言表达能力的标志,更是一个人道德情操、文化素养、性格气质的外在表现。具备较强的口语交际能力有利于促进学生的思维发展,为他们的终身学习、生活和工作奠定基础。《义务教育语文课程标准》在口语训练上提出了这样的要求:“要利用语文教学的各个环节有意识地培养学生的听说能力;要在课内外创设多种多样的交际情景,让每个学生无拘无束地进行口语交流;要鼓励学生在日常生活中积极主动地锻炼口语交际能力。”那么,怎样才能有效地培养小学生的口语交际能力呢?
My country is one of the countries that is most adept in using language to express feelings of thoughts. In social life, oral communication has always played a decisive role. In different occasions, articulate, concise and smooth with standard Mandarin in accurate and vivid expression of their own ideas, not only a sign of language skills, but also a person’s moral sentiment, cultural accomplishment, temperament and character of the external manifestations. Having a strong oral communicative competence is conducive to promoting the development of students’ thinking and laying the foundation for their lifelong learning, living and working. The standard of compulsory education Chinese curriculum puts forward such requirements in oral training: “To use all aspects of Chinese teaching to consciously cultivate students ’listening and speaking ability; to create a wide variety of communicative situations both inside and outside the class so that each Students freely communicate in oral English and students should be encouraged to take the initiative in their daily life to practice oral communication. ”So how can we effectively develop pupils’ oral communicative competence?
