广西北部湾经济区重大产业发展专项资金(以下简称“北部湾专项资金”)设立于2008年。2008~2012年,自治区财政已累计安排50.7亿元专项资金用于支持北部湾经济区发展。五年来,该专项资金使用效果显著,加速了北部湾经济区经济社会发展进程。但专项资金在使用和管理过程中也存在一些问题,需进一步改进和完善,以更好地适应北部湾经济区发展新形势。本研究将通过对北部湾专项资金使用效果作出客观的评价和总结,深入剖析专项资金使用和管理过程中存在的
Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, a major industrial development special fund (hereinafter referred to as “Beibu Gulf Special Fund”) was established in 2008. From 2008 to 2012, the autonomous region’s finance department has arranged a total of 5.07 billion yuan of special funds to support the development of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. In the past five years, the use of special funds has achieved remarkable results and accelerated the economic and social development in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. However, there are some problems in the use and management of special funds, which need to be further improved and perfected so as to better adapt to the new situation in the development of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. This study will objectively evaluate and summarize the effect of the special funds in the Beibu Gulf by thoroughly analyzing the existing problems in the use and management of the special funds
