使用延时脉冲电场技术 ,在TOF_MS上研究激光_金属_电场相互作用时产生惰性气体高价离子 .设计了一个能量及延时时间可调的光电子发生器 ,把光电离过程和光电子碰撞电离过程彻底分离开 .根据实验结果 ,提出高价离子是由光发射电子逐次碰撞电离产生的 .利用这种离化区 ,可以同时研究多光子电离过程及光发射电子碰撞电离过程 .
Using time-delayed pulsed electric field technology, high-valent inert gas ions are generated when the laser-metal-electric field interaction is studied on TOF_MS. An optoelectronic generator with adjustable energy and delay time is designed to completely eliminate photoionization process and photoelectron impact ionization process According to the experimental results, it is proposed that the high-valent ions are generated by successive collisions of light-emitting electrons, which can be used to study both the multiphoton ionization process and the light-emission electron impact ionization process.
