本项研究通过对马尾松亲子代针叶PER同工酶的分析,认为马尾松亲子代PER同工酶谱型相似而同一点位酶带相对含量相关不紧密。同时探讨了亲本及子代PER同工酶酶谱点位及相对含量与子代高生长的相关性,认为子代谱型与其本身高生长有一定相关性,而亲本PER同工酶谱型不能预测子代高生长,因而马尾松不能以单亲亲本针叶PER同工酶选择优良繁殖材料。
In this study, we analyzed the PER isozymes of P. massoniana on behalf of parents and their parents, and found that the PER isozymes of P. massoniana had similar isozyme patterns and the relative content of enzyme bands in the same locus was not closely related. At the same time, the relationship between PER isoenzyme zymogram position and relative content of parents and offspring and the high growth of offspring were discussed. It was concluded that there was a certain correlation between their parental genotypes and their own high growth. However, Predicting the high growth of offspring, therefore, P. massoniana can not select good reproductive material with single parent PER-isozymes.
