在过去的几年内,英美铂业集团公司在该公司选矿厂中对超细磨技术的一些应用进行了研究。现在又研究了超细磨工艺在选矿厂的主矿流和精矿再磨中的应用。第一台M10000型Isa磨机由英美铂业集团公司、Estrata技术公司和Netszch公司合作研制,安装在位于Rustenburg附近的Western Limb尾矿再处理选矿厂(WLTR选矿厂)中。超细磨机于2003年底到2004年初调试,自那以后Isa磨机在精矿再磨回路中得到了成功应用。本文叙述了Isa磨机获得的操作指标,并与原流程进行了比较。驱动功率为3MW的用于主矿流再磨的Isa磨机于2003年1月安装在南非Potgiet-ersrus铂选矿厂(PPL选矿厂)中。
In the past few years, Anglo Platinum Group Corporation in the company beneficiation mill on some applications of ultrafine grinding technology research. Now also studied the ultrafine grinding process in the ore dressing plant ore concentrate and the application of resurfacing. The first M10000 Isa mill, developed by Anglo Platinum Group, Estrata Technologies and Netszch, was installed at the Western Limb tailings reprocessing mill (WLTR concentrator) near Rustenburg. Microfine grinding machines were commissioned from the end of 2003 to the beginning of 2004, and Isa mills have been successfully used in the refineries of refineries since then. This article describes the operating specifications obtained with the Isa mill and compares it with the original process. The Isa mill for main stream regrinding at a drive power of 3MW was installed at the Potgiet-ersrus platinum concentrator (PPL concentrator) in January 2003.
