八种叶片的过氧化物酶同功酶用“IEF”方法在中国春小麦中被区分开。用缺体分析的方法将控制其中三种同功酶产生的两个基因定位在IBS和IDS上。这些座位构成了部分同源等位基因组的一部分,并分别记为Per—BI和Per—DI。IB染色体短臂顶端缺失体分析表明:Per—BI座位定位于核仁组织者区域至另一种同功酶基因HK—BI之间。两种不同的叶片过氧化物酶表现型在六倍体小麦品种的小样本中也被区分开。小麦异附加系和代换系分析,鉴定出了在黑麦(Per—RI)和大麦(Per—HI)中的部分同源座位。
The peroxidase isozymes for the eight leaf species are distinguished by the “IEF” method in Chinese spring wheat. The two genes that control the production of three isozymes were located on IBS and IDS by the method of lacking body analysis. These seats form part of a partially homologous allele and are denoted Per-BI and Per-DI, respectively. Analysis of the deletions in the apex of the short arm of the IB chromosome revealed that the Per-BI locus was located between the nucleolar organizer region and another isoenzyme gene, HK-BI. Two different leaf peroxidase phenotypes are also distinguished in small samples of hexaploid wheat cultivars. Analysis of wheat allopathic and substitution lines identified some of the homologous loci in Per-RI and Per-HI.
