植物检疫性有害生物名单是植物检疫工作的重要依据。该名单的制订和发布,对制订国有着重要的植物保护意义。因此,科学合理的制订该名单显得尤为重要。本文通过回顾我国以及部分在植物检疫领域具有先进水平的国家、区域性国际组织所制订的植物检疫性有害生物名单的发展历史,系统概述了植物检疫性有害生物名单制订情况,以及专家评估法在制订名单时的重要作用。考虑到在大数据时代名单制订涉及的高维特性,为了科学合理的制修订名单,尝试将具有维度转化优势的自组织映射聚类分析法引入名单制订方法中。并通过实例对比说明结合以上两种方法在制订植物检疫性有害生物名单的可行性,为今后名单的制订工作提供了新思路。
Phytosanitary pests list is an important basis for phytosanitary work. The formulation and release of this list have important significance for plant protection in formulating the state. Therefore, the scientific and rational formulation of the list is particularly important. This article systematically reviews the development history of phytosanitary pest list by reviewing the history of phytosanitary pest list developed in our country and some countries and regional international organizations with advanced level in plant quarantine field, Important role in developing a list. Considering the high dimensional features involved in the development of the big data age list, we attempt to introduce the self-organizing map clustering method with the advantage of dimension transformation into the list-making method in order to scientifically and reasonably make the list. The feasibility of formulating the list of phytosanitary pests combined with the above two methods is illustrated through examples and provides a new idea for the formulation of the list in the future.
