2003年1月19日傍晚,陕西省宝鸡市眉县马家镇杨家村王拉乾等五位农民在取土时发现了一个保存完好的西周铜器窖藏,内有27件精美的青铜器。后来发现,27件青铜器全有铭文,盘、鼎还有长铭,学术界与传媒颇感振奋,将这批铜器誉为21世纪初最重大的考古发现。这批铜器中的迭盘共铸有360字(包括失铸的1字),并有合文1、重文11字,共计372字。这个数字超过1976年陕西省扶风庄白村一号窖藏出土的史墙盘铭的字数(275字,合文4、重文5,共计284字),是建国后发现的最长的一篇西周铜器铭文。不惟如此,(来辶)盘铭文还因载有比较完整的西周王名,而备受专家与舆论的关注。笔者日前在中华世纪坛艺
On the evening of January 19, 2003, five peasants, Wang Laqian, Yangjia Village, Majia Town, Meixian County, Shaanxi Province, discovered a well-preserved bronze cellar of Western Zhou during the borrowing of soil. There were 27 exquisite bronzes inside. Later, it was discovered that there were all 27 inscriptions on bronze wares, such as inscriptions, plates, tripods, and long inscriptions. Academics and the media were very excited about these bronze wares as the most significant archaeological discoveries in the 21st century. A total of 360 words (including the missing words) are stacked in the stack of bronze wares. There are also co-texts 1 and 11, a total of 372 words. This figure surpasses the number of words (275 words, 4 passages, 5 words, 284 words in total) unearthed in 1976 in Baisha Village of Fuzhuang, Shaanxi Province.
