我区地氟病的主要氟源是煤和拌煤的粘土,主要携氟介质是玉米。因此玉米的防氟污染和污染后的除氟是防制氟病流行的主要方向。近几年,在全区已大量推广密闭排烟炉降氟,收到一定的效果,玉米中的含氟量已降低63.07%,但病区人群每日摄氟量还为6.42mg,尚不能有效地防止该病的发生与流行。为此,我们于1990年10月在昭通市小龙洞乡采用了石灰降氟实验,收到了满意的效果,现报告如下。
