教学理念的碰撞、课程观念的更新、课程改革的推进、新教材带来的新气息以及学习方式的转变,无不向每一位实验教师提出了挑战:建构充满活力的小学数学课程,促进学生个性的张场,重视学生的主体地位,发扬教学民主,增强学生的参与意识。这其中很重要的一点就是创设和谐氛围,让学生在轻松愉快中学习。下面就结合自己的教学实践来谈谈小学数学教学中如何创设和谐的学习氛围环境。
