采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,对高速公路改扩建工程技术标准有影响的既有道路适应性、项目功能定位、公路等级与拟定设计速度、车道数测算、交通运行状况、连接路段情况等6个方面展开讨论,以云南省昭会高速公路改扩建工程为项目依托,全面分析各不同影响因素对技术标准的影响。分析研究得出:现有高速公路服务水平已接近五级,交通流属拥堵状态;改扩建后的通行能力满足现有及未来通行需求;同时结合项目前后路段所采用的技术标准,并考虑沿线地形条件,道路技术标准采用值也不宜过高;最后经综合分析得到高速公路工程技术标准。

The analysis shows that the service level of the existing expressways is close to five levels and the traffic flow is congested. The traffic capacity after the expansion and expansion meets current and future needs. Combined with the technical standards adopted before and after the project, Topographic conditions, road technology standards should not be too high value; finally by comprehensive analysis of highway engineering standards.
