经对忻州、大同、介休三地玉米青枯病典型病株大量病组织的分离、培养和镜检观察,出现频率最高的病原是禾谷镰刀菌和串珠镰刀菌,并用分离培养增殖菌种分别进行盆栽玉米接种鉴定,证明只有这两种病原菌具有致病力.进而用来自三地的这两种菌种采用不同方法分别进行苗期、成株期接菌鉴定和菌种的再分离回接试验,证明禾谷镰刀菌和串珠镰刀菌是山西北中部玉米青枯病发病的主要病原,且以混合接种发病最重.
Isolation, culture and microscopic examination of a large number of diseased tissues of typical strains of corn bacterial wilt in Xinzhou, Datong and Jiexiu showed that the most frequent pathogens were Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium moniliforme, Potted maize inoculation were identified to prove that only the two pathogenic bacteria have pathogenicity.Then use these two species from three places using different methods at seedling stage, adult strain identification and strain separation Then test to prove that Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium moniliformis is the main pathogen of corn bacterial wilt in central and northern part of Shanxi, and the incidence of mixed inoculation is the heaviest.
