经过1988年几次全国性抢购风之后,比较而言,国内市场销售呈现不旺;在一段时间内,社会商品零售总额,出现了负增长。许多工业企业为生产的商品、商业企业为购进的商品不能顺利实现销售而感受到沉重压力。于是,市场(销售)疲软问题乃成为经济理论研究的一个热点。面对市场销售疲软现象,如何正确评价?怎样分析成因?采取何种治理对策?可谓智者见智、仁者见仁。对此,我们也谈点不够成熟的看法。
