Infrared focal plane array is the key component of modern infrared imaging system. Whether hybrid or monolithic infrared focal plane array, readout circuits are used to realize multi-channel transmission of signals to reduce the number of array output signal lines. Discusses the role of readout circuit in the focal plane signal transmission; discusses some implementation techniques for realizing the readout circuit of infrared focal plane array; and proposes the future research direction of infrared focal plane array readout circuit
