《孙子兵法》曰:“上下同一矢”,意思是说,打胜仗,需要官兵上下同心协力,有共同的目标,产生一种人心所向的力量。只有这样才能取得胜利。商场如战场,竞争如战争。企业要想在市场竞争的大潮中立于不败之地,很大程度上就依赖于这种“上下同一矢”的精神。然而,令人遗憾的是目前有相当一部分企业的厂长(经理),仍是整天沉溺于计划、调度、供销、预算、检查之中,为对付各种应酬和生产经营疲于奔命,而对来自职工的心理和精神的阻力束手无策。企业上热下凉,令不行、禁不止,缺乏凝聚力;有的虽对企业的经营困难心急如焚,但一心指望上级支持,外部援助,看不到职工的智慧和力量,结果远水解不了近渴,职工精神不振,企业深陷积重难返的泥潭。这里笔者辑录几则以人为本的例子,或许对大家有所启发。
“Sun Tzu’s Art of War” said: “Look up and down the same vector.” This means that to win the battle, the officers and men need to work together to achieve common goals and produce a kind of human strength. Only in this way can we win. Shopping malls, such as battlefields, compete like wars. If an enterprise wants to be in an invincible position in the tide of market competition, it depends to a large extent on this spirit of “community”. However, it is regrettable that the director (manager) of a considerable number of companies is still indulging in planning, scheduling, supply and sales, budgets, and inspections, and is struggling with various entertainment and production operations. Workers’ psychological and spiritual resistance is at a loss. Businesses are hot and cold, so they are not allowed, banned, and lack cohesiveness. While some of them are in dire straits with regard to their business difficulties, they are bent on expecting superior support and external aid to fail to see the wisdom and strength of their employees. As a result, they are far from being able to hydrolyze their thirst. With the lack of staff spirit, enterprises are stuck in a quagmire that is hard to return.
