对云南师范大学商学院704名贫困新生进行SCL-90的调查。以SCL-90的调查结果,探究学校贫困新生的心理状况,并讨论独立学院贫困新生的心理健康教育要点。结果显示,贫困新生的心理问题明显比其他学生多,主要表现在强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等方面;贫困女生比男生略显焦虑与恐怖。对此得出结论,要对贫困新生实施心理健康教育,其中自我意识和情绪管理的教育是重要方面。
704 young students from Yunnan Normal University were investigated for SCL-90. Based on the survey results of SCL-90, this paper explores the psychological status of impoverished students in schools and discusses the key points of mental health education for impoverished freshmen in Independent Colleges. The results showed that the psychological problems of poor freshmen were significantly more than other students, mainly in the aspects of compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror, paranoia and psychosis; poor girls were slightly more anxious and horrible than boys. To this conclusion, mental health education should be implemented for freshmen in poverty, of which self-awareness and emotional management education are important aspects.
