1、前言近年来,汽车用耐热材料逐渐增加。随着发动机性能和功率的提高,对耐热材料性能要求也越来越高。耐热材料的发展动向大致分为:为了提高功率开发高级材料,及为了降低成本采用低级材料做代用材料。陶瓷是最有代表性的高级材料,也有使用镍基合金的例子。使用成本低的代用材料的具体措施是在保证性能的前提下降低Ni、Cr含量。本文以耐热材料性能要求较高的发动机零件为主,对其典型材料及部分材料的热处理做一个简单介绍。 2,排气系统零件 2、1排气岐管和涡轮充电机耐热部件排气岐管和涡轮充电机使用材料状况如表1所示,这些材料的化学成份见表2。
1, Foreword In recent years, automotive heat-resistant materials gradually increased. With the improvement of engine performance and power, the performance requirements of heat-resistant materials are also getting higher and higher. In this paper, heat-resistant materials with high performance engine parts mainly based on the typical materials and some of the material heat treatment to make a brief introduction. 2, Exhaust System Parts 2, 1 Exhaust Manifold and Turbine Charger Heat Resistant Components The materials used for the exhaust manifold and turbine charger are shown in Table 1, and the chemical composition of these materials is shown in Table 2.
