图1所示零件是轮式拖拉机上的球形接头,过去我厂是用成形刀车制的。由于吃刀抗力大、效率低、质量不稳定、刀具制造、刃磨都比较困难,因而一度影响流水生产。后来,我们革新一工具(图2),装在简易车床上,用一般外圆车刀车削,解决了刀具制造、刃磨的困难,提高工效两倍、质量稳定、达到产品设计的要求、工具结构简单、操作方便、深受工人欢迎。一、工具结构1.弹性夹头:是工件的定位夹紧机构。弹性夹头2由螺钉3紧固在主轴法兰盘1上,并由拉杆5靠端部锥面与夹头配
The part shown in Figure 1 is a ball joint on a wheeled tractor. In the past, our factory was made using a forming knife car. As a result of eating knife resistance, low efficiency, unstable quality, tool manufacturing, sharpening are more difficult, which once affected the production of running water.
