目的：评估结扎法处理支气管残端的特点。方法：总结１２２例支气管肺肿瘤肺叶切除时用结扎法闭合支气管残端的经验。结果：全组单纯结扎者１２１例，结扎加缝合者１例，残端瘘２例，发生率０．８％。结论：结扎法处理肺切除时支气管残端操作简单、安全可靠，易于推广学习
Objective: To assess the characteristics of the ligation of the bronchial stump. METHODS: A total of 122 patients with bronchial lung tumors underwent ligating closure of the bronchial stump with lobectomy. RESULTS: In the whole group, 121 cases were simply ligated, 1 case was ligated and sutured, and 2 cases were stump fistula. The incidence was 0.8%. Conclusion: The ligation of the bronchial stump during lung resection is simple, safe, reliable and easy to promote
