一、引言本气缸盖是从国外引进的功率为500~900KW 的柴油机气缸盖。其重约150Kg,材质为RT30—54,化学成分要求如表1。本件水压要求是:85℃以上热水,10个大气压下保持1小时不得渗漏。长期以来,本件在“导管孔”这一热节区附近存在着程度不同的疏松、缩松缺陷,导致水压试验渗漏。我们通过对缺陷区温度分布和凝固方式的分析,通过化学成分中碳、硅含量变化对疏松、缩松影响的观察,提出了新的工艺措施,克服了疏松缺陷。
First, the introduction of the cylinder head is imported from abroad for the power of 500 ~ 900KW diesel cylinder head. Its weight about 150Kg, made of RT30-54, chemical composition requirements in Table 1. The hydraulic requirements of this item are: hot water above 85 ℃, 10 atmospheric pressure for 1 hour shall not leak. For a long time, this piece in the “duct hole” near the hot zone there are varying degrees of loose, shrinkage defects, leading to hydraulic test leakage. Based on the analysis of the temperature distribution and the solidification mode in the defective zone, we put forward new technological measures to overcome the loose defects through the observation of the influence of carbon and silicon content on the porosity and shrinkage in the chemical composition.
