Last year because of LIBOR, turn WM / Reuters index this year, frequently been investigated for the manipulation of the foreign exchange market, the fines of large banks in Europe and America, as if it has become the government’s ATM. With several major banks disclosing three quarterly reports, it was discovered that eight industry giants including Barclays, HSBC, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs have openly confirmed that they are accepting foreign exchange manipulation investigations and accruing litigation losses. The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has asked them to review their transaction records. Regulators from the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Singapore and Hong Kong are joining forces to see whether these big banks are involved in manipulating the foreign exchange market known as the WM / Reuters index
